Faced with a lack of adequate conference space, Grain Processing Company (GPC) partnered with Graham Construction and Neumann Monson to create a new conference center. To accommodate their expanded needs the team constructed a 4,250 SF single story addition that houses a full-service kitchen, serving area and storage.

In addition, 8,500 SF of the existing two-story conference center was renovated to provide a large Conference room and two smaller conference rooms. The biggest challenge of this portion of the project was that a 45’x60’ section of the second floor was removed to create a two-story open space for the training room. This stunning two-story space is finished with wood ceiling panels and wood slat wall panels to emulate an old Iowa corn crib of years gone by.
