Warehouse addition of precast concrete panels and structural metal steel. Interior includes restrooms and offices in a mezzanine area above. Parking lot expansion to the north of the existing lot. One dock with 2 exterior overhead doors. 3 large door openings were cut into existing exterior precast for connection to the addition.
