Wells Fargo Northstar

Graham Construction has been working with Wells Fargo in Des Moines since 2012. In July 2017, disaster struck the Wells Fargo Northstar Building as a roof-drain pipe burst on the level of the third floor. Graham was asked to come in to gut and remodel the areas with water damage affecting floors 1-3. The renovation space covered over 80,000 square feet. The project included replacing all ceilings and carpet along with the bottom 2 feet of drywall on all walls.

The space was shared between Wells Fargo and another leasing tenant. The work was split into three phases; Wells Fargo space, leased tenant space and shared common space. Graham completed all the work in 4 months when all employees were able to return to their work space.
